Alex Flaterud
(She/Her/Hers)
Growing up as a competitive dancer, Alex was always fascinated by the human body. To which she sought to understand not just the why but how it is we move our bodies. This ultimately led her to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. Alex graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters of Physical Therapy, after receiving a Bachelor of Human Kinetics. Alex has completed multiple postgraduate clinical courses including her Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Level 1, Introductory Vestibular Rehab, and FHE anatomical neuropathic IMS needling. She is also a certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist.
On the days Alex is not at Revere, she also practices at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. She continues to work with patients recovering from stroke, SCI, orthopaedic traumas, joint replacements, arthritis, chronic pain, amputations and more.
Alex utilizes a collaborative approach with personalized treatment plans based on the patients goals. She believes that those who actively participate in their recovery will see the most meaningful and efficient results. Alex will often use manual techniques in combination with corrective therapeutic exercises to allow patients to restore movement, enhance function, and return to their activities of daily living.
In Alex’s downtime, she’s enjoys running, hiking/camping, reading, listening to live music, and traveling to a new country to try the local cuisine. You may also find her at a range trying to improve her golf swing.

Jenny Wu
Jenny is a physiotherapist who graduated from UBC with a Masters of Physical Therapy and a Bachelors of Science. In addition to treating musculoskeletal injuries, Jenny enjoys working in areas such as joint replacement rehab, geriatric fall prevention, paediatrics, work related injuries, and motor vehicle accident related injuries.
Jenny believes that physiotherapy treatment should be individualized and uses a variety of treatment techniques to help her clients, such as manual therapy, shockwave therapy, IMS, exercise prescription, and education.
When not in the clinic, you might find Jenny at the gym or trying a new local cafe. She also enjoys skiing, hiking, jogging, and is always inspired to try different activities. Jenny is also fluent in Cantonese and Toisan.

Clarence Wong
Clarence graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Life Sciences followed by a Master of Physical Therapy. He started working full time in the hospital orthopaedic wards and since then has transitioned into working full time in private clinics around the lower mainland. He transitioned to become a Clinic Director due to his passion for mentoring the next generation of physiotherapist.. His dream was to open his own clinic which led him to being a Founder of Revere Physiotherapy. Clarence has accumulated over 700 5-star google reviews in the lower mainland for the positive experience he provides for his clients.
He has developed a special clinical interest in orthopaedics, manual therapy, dry needling, and chronic injuries. Clarence particularly enjoys chronic and lingering injuries which require thorough examination. In the past few years, he has continued to upgrade his clinical skills in manual therapy/dry needling and is also qualified to administer functional movement screens to retrain dysfunctional movement patterns.
Clarence enjoys interacting directly with clients of all ages and activity levels. He also enjoys combining different manual therapy techniques, exercises, and patient education to optimize his clients’ rehabilitation and performance abilities. Teak Daniel
Teak completed his Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Calgary (U of C) and a Masters in Social Work from York University in Toronto, Ontario.
He is passionate about supporting those who have experienced difficulties in their mental health and has worked exclusively as a mental health clinician in both hospital and community based clinics since 2005.
Since moving to Vancouver in 2010, Teak has served as a practicum supervisor and mentor to 15 Masters of Social Work students from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and continues to educate health care professionals in the area of mental health through his role with a Provincial Health Authority.
Teak’s primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Ecological Systems Theory, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy approaches.

Jinny is a licensed Physiotherapist and certified STOTT Pilates Instructor at Revere Main Street. She completed her BSc in Kinesiology with distinctions at the UofA and her Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC. She has worked closely with diverse populations, including varsity athletes, children with disabilities and adults with neurological conditions, helping clients achieve their goals and return to meaningful activities.
Drawing from her active lifestyle, Jinny highlights the positive impact of movement on overall well-being and empowers clients to pursue their passions and maintain an active lifestyle. With 5+ years of clinical experience, she has supported clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, sport injuries and neurological conditions. Jinny focuses on reducing symptoms, improving function, and restoring strength through personalized rehabilitation programs. She collaborates closely with clients to create tailored programs that foster confidence and independence.

Paban Toor
Paban graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT). Before beginning his career as a massage therapist, he studied Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University (SFU). During his time at WCCMT, Paban participated in several clinical outreaches, including GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, the University of British Columbia (UBC), Royal Columbian Hospital and Kinsmen Lodge. These experiences allowed him to work with a diverse range of clients, including athletes and individuals with neurological and orthopaedic conditions, helping him build a strong foundation in therapeutic care. Paban takes an evidence-based approach to treatment and tailors each session to meet the unique needs of his patients. Randy Gao
Born and raised in Vancouver, Randy participated in competitive rowing, an experience that shaped his appreciation for structured training, injury prevention, and high-quality physiotherapy. He continues to stay active through running, tennis, and weightlifting.
Randy completed both his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in a research lab developing wearable sensors to assess balance, and also gained experience as a personal trainer and private tutor.
Guided by his educational and athletic background, Randy is passionate about helping people reduce pain, understand their bodies, move more efficiently, and return to the activities that are most meaningful to them through collaborative, evidence-based care.
